在我的門診裏，有許多焦慮症的病人來尋求治療。但是醫生自己，也需要舒解累積起來的工作壓力，CHER潤澤金萃油是不錯的選擇。我的用法是把金萃油倒在兩手手掌上，稍微搓揉散開後，把臉孔深埋進去，緩慢呼吸，體會沈靜幽長的香味和柔順的觸感，兩手手掌旋轉，對臉部的肌肉按摩，慢慢擴及肩頸部，配合肌肉放鬆訓練，能改善長時間在電腦前工作帶來的肩頸酸痛問題。我通常會在洗澡過後，上床睡覺之前完成這一整套放鬆的儀式，在舒服的感覺裏就寢，會覺得特別好睡。而持續使用兩個星期後，也能感受到膚質有明顯的改善。
